Dr. Manfred started with the company as Joy herbal Centre, a health facility in 2001, which later became Joy Industries limited, a multiple award winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Ghana.

His position as CEO of the company has delivered quality, flexible and sustainable leadership meeting
